Did God make the dinosaurs?
The Bible is silent on that subject, so speculation is pointless. They existed in the pre Adamite era and the Bible is concerned about mankind.
I'm pretty confident God established all the rules and regulations the universe operates under, so He could be said to be the ultimate creator of everything we see or that ever existed. But whether He made them specifically as in Genesis or whether He let His rules take their course will be something to ask an angel some day - or God if you're brave enough and can get an appointment.
